  Situation: Customer needed a new computer system, costing $330,000; including a substantial amount of specialized software, stock software, new hardware, control and security systems and soft costs such as integration into existing environment. In order to realize substantial vendor discounts, the customer needed the deal structured to satisfy their internal accounting requirements, submitted, approved, documented and initial funding in less than 7 business days. Further complicating the situation, the customer required the lease documentation to be negotiated and approved by legal counsel.
